1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of MIGHTY INDIA SERVICES ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide transportation, warehousing, supply chain management, customs clearance, inventory management and last-mile delivery services. Details of each service are described on our Services page and confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
3. Quotes & Booking
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed only when we have received your written acceptance and, where applicable, a deposit.
4. Cargo & Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited in accordance with the applicable international conventions (CMR, Hague-Visby, Warsaw / Montreal) and our standard trading conditions. Additional insurance coverage is available on request.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law and may result in suspension of services.
6. Cancellation
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the direct costs already incurred.
7. Prohibited Cargo
We do not accept illegal goods, undeclared hazardous materials, or any cargo that violates the laws of the origin, transit or destination country.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the contracting MIGHTY INDIA SERVICES entity is established. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
